CMCA Parks Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. This guide explains what happens if you need to cancel your CMCA Parks booking. 

If you cancel your booking:

When you cancel your booking:
  • More than 48 hours before 12pm (noon) on your check-in day
What you'll receive

You can choose either:
  • a full refund to your original payment method (if you've already paid), or
  • a full credit to your CMCA Parks Funds account. 
When you cancel your booking:
  • Within 48 hours of 12pm (noon) on your check-in day
What you'll receive
  • Refunds or credits do not apply. In exceptional circumstances, such as bereavement, serious illness or a natural disaster affecting your travel, you can apply for consideration. Supporting documentation may be required.

If we cancel your booking

If we need to cancel your booking, or close a park due to circumstances such as severe weather, flooding or fire, you can choose either:
  • a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • a full credit to your CMCA Parks Funds account. 

If your stay is cut short

Sometimes a booking needs to end early due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  • If you need to leave early
No refunds or credits apply for early departures. Special consideration may be given if you need to leave early due to a medical emergency or vehicle mechanical issue. 
  • If we end your stay early
If we need to close the park during your stay, you'll receive a pro-rata refund for the unused nights. 

No Shows

If you don't arrive and haven't cancelled before the cancellation deadline, you'll be charged the full booking amount. In exceptional circumstances, CMCA may waive this charge. 


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days of approval. 
  • CMCA Park Funds credits are usually applied within 2 business days of approval. 

CMCA Parks Funds Credit

  • Valid for 24 months, to be used on future CMCA Parks bookings. 
  • Unused credits will expire after 24 months. You will receive reminders 60 days and 14 days beforehand.
