Nestled on the banks of the picturesque Blackwood River, the CMCA Flax Mill Caravan Park Boyup Brook offers a peaceful retreat just 1 hr 15 min east of Bunbury, 2 hrs 30 min from Albany, and a scenic 3-hour drive south of Perth.

Important information:

  • Check-in: After 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM
  • Maximum stay: Up to 3 months at a time, not exceeding 6 months in any 12-month period
  • Riverfront sites are strictly for tents and camper trailers. All other vehicles will be allocated alternative sites.

Park rules

  • Check in after 2.00pm, check out before 10am.
  • No permanent camping. Max stay length is 3 months in one stay, and 6 months in any 12 month period. You will be asked to move your rig regularly for maintenance if staying for an extended period. All sites must be kept neat and tidy. No machinery or equipment is to be stored outside your vehicle. Max 2 vehicles per site (including your towable).
  • No grey or black water to be discharged to the ground, no matter what site you are on. If no sullage connection is available to your site, you must use the dump points provided to empty your wastewater, directly from an onboard tank or by use of a portable tote with watertight seal and shut off valve. A bucket is not acceptable to collect and carry wastewater to the dump point.
  • Generators to be run only between 8:00am and 7:00pm for no longer than 4 hours in a day and 2 hours at a time, and are only to run when someone is present at the RV.
  • Pets on leads always with leads no longer than 2m, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Restrained pets may be permitted at communal happy hours only if ALL those present agree with the animal being present. The pet will not be near any food preparation areas. Members are only permitted to bring a maximum of two dogs/animals per RV to a CMCA premises, without prior approval of the CEO.
  • No personal campfires are permitted - only use the designated fire pit.
  • Make yourself aware of site emergency procedures - these will be displayed at the camp kitchen.
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted within the park grounds unless inside the guests’ own vehicle, and this is not to impact other guests.
  • Abusive, disruptive, and unruly behaviour will NOT be tolerated and can result in removal from the park.
  • Keep noise to a minimum and no noise after 9pm. Guests are responsible for visitor behaviour.
  • No washing of vehicles or RVs.
