  • Vehicles must not be left unattended overnight
  • Maximum stay of 14 nights in any 21. The maximum stay applies collectively to all persons travelling or staying together. Separate or consecutive bookings made under different names do not reset or extend the maximum stay period.

Park rules

  • Same-day bookings close at 8:00 PM AEST
  • Maximum stay of 14 nights within any 21-day period
  • Park guests must familiarise themselves with Park Specific rules and comply with custodian directives at all times.
  • Check in recommended after 1:00pm, check out before 11:00am otherwise further fees may apply. NO check in after 8.00pm without prior arrangement.
  • NO permanent camping.
  • Site fees MUST be paid on arrival or prior to your night’s stay.
  • NO grey or black water to be discharged to the ground.
  • Generators only permitted between 8:00am and 6:00pm and for no longer than 4 hours in a day and 2 hours at a time. Generators only to run when someone is present at the RV. Please be aware of your neighbours when using generators.
  • Make yourself aware of site emergency procedures - these will be displayed on the noticeboard and signage. The custodian will advise you of any evacuation orders.
  • NO smoking or vaping is permitted within the park grounds. unless inside the guest’s own vehicle and does not impact other guests.
  • Parking- All vehicles should be parked in designated bays to allow easy exit from the park in the event of an emergency.
  • Batteries are not to be charged by a running vehicle engine unless in an emergency situation or approval from the custodian.
  • Pets MUST be on leads when outside the vehicle, with leads no longer than 2m. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pets are not permitted near any food preparation areas. Restrained pets may be permitted at communal happy hours if all attending guests agree with the animal being present. Maximum of 2 pets allowed per site.
  • NO washing of vehicles or RVs within the park.
  • NO charging of EVs within the park.
  • NO personal campfires are permitted. Designated fire pit only which is under control of the custodian.
  • Abusive, disruptive, and unruly behaviour will NOT be tolerated and can result in removal from the park.
  • Keep noise to a minimum. NO noise after 10.00pm. Guests are responsible for visitor behaviour.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before noon on your check-in day and receive a full refund to your original payment method or a Park Funds credit.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of noon on your check-in day, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds apply for early departures or shortened stays after check-in.

    Clean toilets, hot showers and a good camp kitchen. I chose to travel in winter so was pleased with the solid surface and no mud inside

    We were very happily welcomed, given all the information required and directed to our parking spot which was conveniently located near the facilities. We're enjoying our time in Dumbleyung.
