About this Park
This convenient and welcoming park is designed exclusively for self-contained RVs, providing a peaceful and affordable place for members to stay while exploring the beautiful Western Downs region. With its close proximity to Dalby’s town centre, visitors can easily access local shops, cafes, and attractions, while enjoying the comfort and community atmosphere that CMCA RV Parks are known for.

Important Information:
- Open exclusively to self-contained vehicles
- Tents and roof-top campers are not permitted
- Vehicles must not be left unattended overnight
- Maximum stay: 14 nights in any 21-day period. The maximum stay applies collectively to all persons travelling or staying together. Separate or consecutive bookings made under different names do not reset or extend the maximum stay period.
- Gates close at 6pm

Park rules
- Same-day bookings close at 6:00 pm AEST
- Maximum stay of 14 nights within any 21-day period
- Park guests must familiarise themselves with Park Specific rules and comply with Custodian directives at all times.
- Gates close at 6.00pm each night and there will be NO entry after 8.00pm without prior arrangement.
- Check in recommended after 1:00pm, check out before 11am otherwise further fees will apply.
- NO permanent camping.
- Site Fees MUST be paid prior to your night’s stay. Guests who fail to make payment by 6:00pm that day may be asked to vacate immediately.
- ALL vehicles must comply with the CMCA Self Contained Vehicle Policy. All guests must sleep within the self-contained vehicle. Roof top tents are not to be slept in. Swags and tents are not permitted outside the vehicle.
- NO grey or black water to be discharged to the ground. You must use an onboard tank or portable tote with a watertight seal and shut off valve. A bucket is not acceptable to collect and carry wastewater to the dump point.
- Generators only permitted between 8:00am and 6:00pm for no longer than 4 hours in a day and 2 hours at a time, and only to run when someone is present at the RV. Please be aware of your neighbours when using generators.
- Pets MUST be on leads always when outside the vehicle, with leads no longer than 2m, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Restrained pets may be permitted at communal happy hours if all attending guests agree with the animal being present. No pets to be tethered to a moving vehicle. Maximum of two pets allowed per site.
- NO personal campfires are permitted. Designated fire pit only which is under the control of the custodian
- Make yourself aware of site emergency procedures - these will be displayed on the noticeboard and signage. The Custodian will advise you of any evacuation orders and will advise of the need to evacuate immediately.
- Parking – a minimum 3 metre spacing it to be left between RV’s. All vehicles should be parked to allow easy exit from the park in the event of an emergency. (Front of vehicle facing the road).
- Batteries are not to be charged by a running vehicle engine unless in an emergency situation or approval from the Custodian.
- NO smoking or vaping is permitted within the park grounds unless inside the guest’s own vehicle and this is not to impact other guests.
- Abusive, disruptive, and unruly behaviour will NOT be tolerated and can result in removal from the park.
- Keep noise to a minimum and no noise after 9pm. Guests are responsible for visitor behaviour.
- NO washing of vehicles or RVs within the campground.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancel more than 48 hours before noon on your check-in day and receive a full refund to your original payment method or a Park Funds credit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of noon on your check-in day, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds apply for early departures or shortened stays after check-in.

Self-Contained RV Site 13/10/2026The location was great a short walk to the shops custodian were very helpful and lovely to deal with, happy hour was great except we couldn’t go into the camp kitchen as it was exposed to the afternoon sun, so we sat around the back for some shade but there grounds were full of ants nest and they were crawling over everyone, very annoying,Margaret Xerri

Self-Contained RV Site 08/10/2026Easy 400 m walk into town. The park has flat areas few young trees and at the end of the residential street so no road noise. There are many shrubs dotted around the perimeter. Enjoyable stay thanks to Brian and Cindy custodians.Barbra Bernardi

Self-Contained RV Site 04/10/2026Loved our 2 nights at the Dalby CMCA site. We arrived at 4pm absolute virgin towers and joined the happy hour drinks explaining we're total newbies. The site custodians were beyond helpful and we had so much help, support and guidance from them and other members it was heart warming. If we didn't have to get back to the NT to register the new van would 100% have stayed longer.Amanda Lay

Self-Contained RV Site 30/09/2026We pulled up in our Motorhome at CMCA Dalby RV park to a Very friendly and informative welcome from Custodians Cindy & Brian. Great location easy walk to all shopping areas. Public toilets less than 5 minutes walk. Great walking trail along the Myall creek. Water fill up points throughout the park. Great camp kitchen for our 4.30pm get togethers. No negative comments. Thank you CMCA for making this great spot available to members. Just an observation… 7 Motorhomes and 19 caravans in last night. Caravans are obviously supporting the CMCA so why not let them become full members!George Roberts

Self-Contained RV Site 29/09/2026Great little low-cost camp and we'd happily stay again. The camping area is nice and level with plenty of room to set up. We've stayed at a lot of CMCA camps over the years, and this is probably the strictest custodian we've come across. But to be fair, they're just making sure everyone follows the campground rules, and that's what keeps places like this open and enjoyable for everyone. It's only about a five-minute walk along the waterfront into town, which was a real bonus. Thank you Alana, Hugo & Thor you're doing a great job.Anonymous
